The workshop participation is through invitation only and limited to a maximum of 80 attendees. Therefore IFPEN cannot guarantee that all requests for registration will be accepted.
Once your request is received, IFPEN will send you within a few days the status or your registration.
In case of acceptance of your participation, upon receipt of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

You may need a visa to enter France from some countries outside the European Union. Please contact the French Embassy or Consulate in your country, or your travel agency, to check whether or not you will need a visa. The relevant invitation letter can be requested from Sybill L’Agence.

Conference fee (VAT included)

The conference fee covers attendance at the workshop, visit of the IFPEN labs, lunches, coffee breaks and the gala dinner.
They do not cover accommodation.
All fees are payable in euros only by wire transfer or by credit card.

By submitting the registration form, you agree to allow IFP Energies nouvelles (IFPEN) to process your personal data in order to register you in our contact database. The data required to handle your request is marked as mandatory, without this data we will not be able to process it.
